NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – ZONING

MAHONING TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE is hereby given by the Zoning Hearing Board of Mahoning Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania of a public hearing on the Board decision regarding the appeal of SS Penn, LLC of the June 4, 2026, Zoning Letter issued by the Township Zoning Officer in regard to the Preliminary Land Development Application Plan submitted by SS Penn, LLC for property owned by Powder Mill Works, LLC, and located at 3478 Howard Drive and 152 McClelland Road in Mahoning Township.

Public Hearing on this matter is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mahoning Township Municipal Building, 4538 West State Street, Hillsville, PA 16132.  Public comments shall be accepted at that time.  The Zoning Hearing Board shall consider the appeal at that time, and a vote shall be taken by the Zoning Hearing Board on the appeal.
